Improve Visibility of the Community Calendar Button

The "Community Calendar" button's visibility and accessibility needs improvement across the website. Below are the proposed changes:

• Move the sticky "Community Calendar" button to the upper-right corner of the screen for better visibility and accessibility.
• Change the color of the sticky button to light red to make it more eye-catching and consistent with the website's design theme.

• Reintroduce the calendar on the "Get Involved" page above the "Community Groups" headline
• Add the sticky "Community Calendar" button to the "Roadmap" page, as it is currently missing.

5 or 4 hrs is a bit high for only repositioning and styling of one button. calendar as well is only embedding.

3 hours is max for this issue.
