Giving the Knowledge Base some exposure, making people aware, giving them a chance to weigh in on what they would like to see
Making the Knowledge Base more appealing: Better content organisation, rewording/reframing current content, make more visually appealing (change the theme?)
Making the Knowledge Base easier to navigate
