  • Add function that calculates complexity as number of adjacent contours
  • Add test for complexity function
  • Add plot output with complexity measure
  • Add complexity measure to data output
  • Optimise the threshold parameter to be dependent on the image size (line 735 of the pylithics/src/utils.py file) @JasonGellis
  • Change naming from 'complexity' to 'adjacencies'
