1:1 catch up and notes

This folder contains records to recognise and monitor the progression of the community manager's work. Malvika will meet with each community manager individually once per week (if possible) to touch base and keep track of where they are.

Please use the template provided below for making sure that we cover certain topics every week. This document will talk you through how you set up and prepare for your weekly meeting, along with my motivation for asking these questions. Importantly, I hope these meetings are useful for us both. Please let me know if there are any changes that you'd like to make!

Building your meetings template

Create a called Weekly-Meetings.md under a folder with your name.

Inside that file, copy the template below in Markdown format.

When filling the document, please keep in mind that the the intention is to guide our conversation and hence you don't need to provide complete context and full names of people (you can use initials).

TEMPLATE: Date: YYYY-MM-DD

Check-in ritual (Examples: recognitions (recognize colleagues), sparkling moments (recognize community members), shout-outs)

Project specific Reflection

Review your current projects, relation and skill-building that you are working on. (Since last week, review the progress you’ve made towards your goals. Any challenges to mention? Review if we can attract any attention or help highlight your work.)
