I changed several things recently considering the icons. Is this still a problem?

Tuba is another example of this:

Screenshot of Albert (mis-)rendering the Tuba icon by incorrectly filling two areas with black, and two with red.

Is this something to do with SVG rendering, perhaps? Newsflash and Tuba both have relatively complex SVG icons: Newsflash, Tuba.
