FEATURE: Add ingestion feedback button to other document types

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We added a feedback button for multi-page documents (PDFs, Word, …), but it would be helpful to get ingestion feedback for other types too (emails, CSVs, anything where we do at least some basic processing on the data).

Describe the solution you'd like
Same/similar solution as #3053. Should probably reuse the same form, but might need different wording.
