We are as a team of three experienced individuals,ncluding one member from Europe
we have been engaged in the Cosmos ecosystem for years, contributing to its decentralization and security.

We currently operate high-performance validator nodes on Cosmos Hub, Akash Network, and Elys Network, all within the active set. Our team has experience in node operations, infrastructure management, governance participation, and community education. Beyond validation, we actively contribute to the broader ecosystem through content creation, community engagement, and advocacy.

With Africa emerging as a crucial frontier for blockchain adoption, we see a unique opportunity for AtomOne to establish a strong foothold in the region. we are well-positioned to drive adoption, educate users, and foster a sustainable staking community for Atom One.

Technical Contributions & Network Participation

• Validator Infrastructure & Security:
  • Deploying high-performance, secure, and redundant infrastructure optimized for Cosmos-based networks.
  • Regularly updating and maintaining nodes to ensure high uptime and network stability.
  • Implementing robust sentinel monitoring, alerting systems, and automated failover mechanisms to enhance resilience.

Governance & On-Chain Participation:
Actively participating in Cosmos Hub, Akash, and Elys governance, voting on proposals, and educating the community on governance decisions.
Engaging in Atom One governance discussions
Advocating for decentralized decision-making and transparency in validator operations.

Planned Initiatives for the Next Six Months

If granted a delegation, we will undertake the following initiatives to expand Atom One’s presence and impact across Africa:

1. Educational Articles & Technical Documentation

• Publish high-quality articles on staking economics, governance, and validator operations tailored for the African audience.
• Translate critical documentation, tutorials, and governance proposals into African languages.

2. Community Building & Engagement

• Launch dedicated Atom One community channels (Telegram, Discord, Twitter) focused on Africa
• Organize Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and community calls to educate and onboard new users.
• Drive local grassroots adoption by connecting with blockchain hubs and tech communities.

3. Local & Virtual Events - Host in-person meetups across key African countries (e.g., Nigeria, Ghana, ) to introduce Atom One and educate delegators.

• Organize virtual workshops and hackathons to attract developers and staking enthusiasts.

4. Video Content & Developer Outreach

• Produce high-quality updates covering Atom One’s mission, validator operations, governance and happenings in the ecosystem.
• Feature interviews with industry experts, validators, and Cosmos contributors to showcase real-world applications.
• Develop educational videos explaining staking rewards, security risks, and governance participation.
