We are a team of technical IT specialists. We work in the field of promoting web 3.0 and decentralized applications and are actively promoting various projects in this direction. We have our own team of specialists, which is constantly developing and expanding. We have raised various networks on the Mainnet and Testnet, which can be found on our website. http://trace-tm.tech/ The site itself is at the stage of rebranding. We actively participate in project communities, provide assistance and propose changes. I offer help with the basics of gendermint and CosmosHub and help new users in the ecosystem such as dapps and validators. We work mainly on our own servers and consider this an advantage over others. Physical access, backup power and 2-3 independent providers with a speed of at least 1Gb, instant replacement of components and backup of all servers. For backup, dedicated servers are rented in different locations in different locations. We always provide data for processing and using the blockchain, such as: api, rpc, grpc. It is developing its own community of validators in different regions through groups on social networks, video instructions about projects and their use, delegations, and the like. At the moment we are in several projects on the mainnet, we are constantly looking for new projects and supporting decentralization and trying to make a meaningful contribution to any project. 1. Technical improvements Goal: Make AtomOne more reliable and developer friendly. Actions: Help improve the code: fix errors, optimize work and add new features. AtomOne. Improve documentation: write clear instructions and guides for new participants.
   Time frame: The first 3 months - work and testing of the blockchain on the test network, the next 3 months - documentation and reports.
2. Make the AtomOne community more active and informed.
   Actions: Conduct training events: webinars, AMA (questions and answers) and publish articles about AtomOne capabilities. Organize discussions and question and answer in groups. Translate materials into other languages. Time frame: Continuously for 6 months, with an emphasis on the first 3 months to launch activities.
3. Attract more projects and users to AtomOne. Actions: Look for partners: collaborate with other blockchains. Terms: 2–4 month
4. Make the delegation process more convenient for the community. Actions: Simplify participation in delegation and staking. Conduct webinars and surveys. Publish reports: talk about the results of the team’s actions. Time frame: 1-2 months - development of improvements, 3-6 months - implementation and reporting.
