Update the oEmbed provider API in the oembedpastehandler.js from http://oohembed.com (got bought from embed.ly) to http://embed.ly -- currently there are 218 providers/webpages supported see: http://embed.ly/providers

Yes and it should be as simple as replacing the embeded jquery-oembed plugin by the embedly one.
