I flike what you've done, but I found somehow cumbersome to compile the project : adding the PDE in eclipse and compiling all the stuff is not straightforward :)
Would you consider adding some binary versions of the plugin ?

Many thanks for your interest in this. I have to admit that this has been mainly a test project for me; I wanted to see just how good the Java-to-C#-conversion could work. Lluis Sanchez, who is the maintainer of the main Sharpen fork, has provided a Sharpen JAR file in the NGit project. You can find it here. Simply place this plugin in the Eclipse plugins folder. Also, consider following the instructions for Sharpen usage available here, I believe they should make Sharpen life simpler.
