Correct example in readme #17

It would be wonderful, if you would update the example in readme.md.

It took me more than an hour to find out, that the start-command has changed somehow. I found this example repo: https://github.com/antirek/ding-dong-sample/blob/master/app.js

Please use that one as example here!
