[Bug]: Data Grid + Metadata Injection - single columns are not injected without separator

What happened?

Injection of a single column in a Data grid transform is not correct when a separator is not specified: the single columns is created, but all the values are empty/nulls.

Check discussion #5128 for an example use case and possible workarounds.

Issue is not present on version 2.10

Additional info: you need to specify a separator character that is not actually present in your "data line".

In Italian keyboards, § should be relatively rare... 😅

Yes, that's the main reason the option was added. If we were to hard code a character it would 10/10 result in a ticket that it doesn't work because someones data contains said character
