Using cli to add agent on Harmony

To Reproduce

I setup a dao on harmony but did not turn on the agent and now want to install it. I followed https://hack.aragon.org/docs/guides-use-age to install the cli and the agent app but was not able to run

dao install ... to install agent on my harmony dao.

Expected behavior

should work. I will need to use this to change other settings on my dao.
