After running the script the web interface shows status correctly changed, however not always result effective use of blacklist/whitelist. Some other operation seems to be missing to ensure groups are enforced correctly.

Meanwhile as a workaround it is possible to execute a pihole -g command in the docker container to get it working.

Found it was required a dns restart once gravity database was updated, issue solve with commit: 084806c
