Error: "Already publishing" error when a new IP is assigned during streaming. #1779

Hi,

I am getting an "already publishing" error on the Android device when connected to a 4G network. I have attached a few screenshots of the logs:

When the new IP is assigned:

After 6-7 minutes with the new IP, it starts working:
