Going through issues and PRs it seems that there is no one maintaining this package. Is it sill active?

@assistunion Any chance we can hand this off to a developer interested in maintaining the repo? It would be great to let the community to continue to benefit from this npm pacakge.

Hi, over many years I see that this functionality is still needed and interesting for developers. Actually I think that this particular package will not be updated. However I'm considering creating a very similar project that will reuse the same CSS like selectors (and all the mechanics of NFA), yet it will be based on Asynchronous Generators so you can basically enumerate all nodes you need via for await. Probably it will be published not under @assistunion, it will be published under @blockvis. Will post an update here when I'll have more info about the timeframe.
Meanwhile it would be great to hear any input ideas that I can incorporate in future design.
