lmtoy_admit.sh: better box needed

The default area in lmtoy_admit.sh i the full area, which is likely to contain the noisy edges. This seems to throw off LineID.. There are at least two issues with setting the optimal box: the true area (we always take it bigger) and the ramp size. Now part of the header.
