The map you provided was modified to try to protect against decompilation, which causes all textures to be messed up.
In the future bspsrc may be able to automatically detect this and do some workarounds for this, but at the moment you're stuck with this.
If you're fine with not being able to recompile the map, you could however change the mode in the "World" tab to "Original/split faces". This gives you the correct textures but results in brushes not being in the shape of the original vmf.
i am trying to decompile a map but everytime i decompile it only has stone textures on all the brush sides
