Ten play add-on not working..

TENplay addon is installed and I can see the programs and also the episodes.
When I click on it it says opening stream and then one or more items failed to play. Check log for more information about this message.
Sorry I am a bit new and not much into IT and programming so forgive my ignorance.

Without more information, we can't really help.

You could try following the log upload guide and send me the URL it gives you. The log may shed some light on why it didn't work.
