Afl live and nrl live app token issue

Hi installation was fine no problems, added in Telstra details and no problem but when I go to watch a live or replay match in either all or nrl it freezes/hangs on obtaining so I token. I'm not very technical with kodi so if there is any info on this much appreciated. I think its an issue with my android box somewhere as it did work fine on my other android box that died. Thanks.

Can you test it on your PC and see if you experience the same issue?

One thing you can try is installing the development repository which has a more up-to-date version of the AFL add-on:

In the updated version, you can also submit an error report from the Add-on settings page. If you can let me know what the issue number is once you submit, I can take a look - it might have something in there that might shed some light on the issue.

@jumperr23 sometimes the authorisation process can take quite a long time - I've seen it take over 3 minutes just for one of the steps! I'll test on my end but try giving it some time as it's not hanging, just waiting for a response from Telstra's slow servers.
