Sort on location type and full address doesn't work #1386

Describe the bug
On trying to sort locations based on their address level types or based on their full address, the sort doesn't work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to locations on the Admin panel
Hover above the type or the full address titles and tap once on it to sort it by either ascending or descending

Expected behavior
The sort by address level type or by full address should work.
