Android Grabber no longer working

After updating to the v21.0.0.0beta2, I'm no longer able to connect the 'hyperion-android-grabber' app to my Hyperion instance. I keep getting error "Couldn't connect to the hyperion server. Check you settings and make sure hyperion is running."

I've noticed that 'Protocol Buffers Server' is now deprecated in the settings, is that the cause? I've already tried changing to a different port, disabling it, and tried 'Flatbuffers Server' instead, none of it seems to have worked.

The server is running and working fine, just the grabber is unable to connect to the server, tested both on. Shield and Sony TV. I didn't make any modifications, the port is still set as default '19445' both on app and server side. Everything worked fine prior to the new betas.

Edit: Just to note, I'm using WLED as a controller for my led strips.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I just tested it with that version serving from Windows, and it works. Port: 19445.
Flatbuffers (on 19400) and protobuffers (on 19445) enabled
I connect it using UDPRAW instead of WLED.

Thanks for testing. Well that's weird, it just started working normally today. However, I did notice this in the logs, not sure if there is any relevance.

Well, for some reason, it doesn't seem to be connecting properly. I'm telling you, I tested it with HyperHDR on Windows, and it works.

Also, just so you know, if you've updated your Android version, it's best to reinstall the programs because they have changed the way permissions and storage are managed.

I mean, from your initial comment, you didn't specify that it 'wasn't connecting properly', you just said it was working. Anyways, nothing has been updated on Android, system or app, so that rules that out. The issue is with the new Hyperhdr update as stated in op, something has changed or there is a bug. However, It's working fine for me at the moment.
