Kotlin: remove service-linked role from Auto Scaling MVP

Review the Kotlin Auto Scaling scenario and action examples to make sure they adhere to the spec in the epic and the accompanying Python reference code: #3102

Specifically, remove any reference to service-linked roles because these are not necessary for the scenario and have been called out as a customer pain point:

• CreateAutoScalingGroup
• UpdateAutoScalingGroup
