* Update architecture diagrams and README for LISA 3.0.0

- Architecture Diagrams: Revised to reflect LISA 3.0.0 changes
- README:
  - Updated API Model Management section
  - Enhanced getting started guide
  - General updates to align with LISA 3.0.0 features and changes

* Update README.md to resolve pre-commit errors.

* Disable automatic deployment in configuration

Set deploy to false to prevent automatic deployment. This change ensures that no deployments are triggered unintentionally through copy/paste through our README and example config.yaml instructions.
