Overview

The retrofitmap settings that toggles whether Stormwater Connect app information/links display was set to default to false. Now that Stormwater Connect is live we want to toggle this back to true.

Describe the solution you'd like

Set showRetrofitCampaignLink and showRetrofitMapLink to default to true.
