Create dashboard on 100% Boosted Pools

Hey Vini, have been ideating around the Boosted Pool Campaign and are thinking of pushing the concept of The Balancer Boosted Wars. Idea here is that external protocols will start to compete for boosted pool liquidity on Balancer and we can fuel this competition with some friendly marketing hype.
A dashboard would be awesome here to show:
Total Liquidity In Boosted Pools
Total Liquidity in different lending markets
Aave & Morpho for now
The share/dominance of lending markets in a pie chart i.e 80% of boosted liquidity in Aave vs 20% in Morpho
Boosted Pool liquidity in majors
ETH, wstETH, USDC, USDT...
