network issues with P1S

How to reproduce

Slice plate with 23 keychains
takes forever to download
get the following error:
"There was a problem downloading a file. Please check your network connection and resent the printing job. [0500-400B-090803]"
This same file will "print" on my A1, except the A1 is not enclosed so I face curling...need to print on P1S

I also get a brief alert on the "send print job to" screen about the SD card, but that quickly disappears.

Actual results

Have been able to print these last week, but this failure started Friday. I can send other things to the P1S, just not these keychains.

Need this to work as it used to
