Bambu Studio Version

1.10.2.76

Where is the application from?

Bambu Lab Official website

OS version

MacOS Sequoia - 15.3.2

Additional system information

No response

Printer

Bambu Lab P1S

How to reproduce

  1. Open any STL model.
  2. Select any Object.
  3. Click "Color Painting (N))
  4. Choose a color.
  5. Select Tool Type "Height Range"
  6. Adjust Height range setting to "8.00"
  7. Drag mouse pointer over model.
  8. MANUALLY input "Bottom" quantity in the input box.
  9. Click "Return" to go back to plate.
  10. Paint does not apply.

Actual results

a painted band does not apply to model unless model is ROTATED before returning to plate view. If model is rotated, paint band applies in plate view.

Expected results

Expected a paint band as viewed in "Color Paint" view to reflect also when returning to plate view. It does not. In addition, the input box is extremely difficult to type into as it moves around and the "Place input box of bottom near mouse" does not function at all.

In essence, if using manual input to put a band of paint on any object, it must be rotated or maneuvered prior to returning to plate view else it is lost upon return.

Hello,I tested it normally, but the enter button is not working. You need to click the left mouse button on the checkmark icon.

If you have any further questions, can you download ScreenToGif software and record a GIF of the operation video and upload it? Thank you
