Describe the bug
when swapping between view and edit mode, the order the fields are displayed in swaps

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

go to a record
click edit
See issue

Expected behaviour
the fields should stay in the same order

Versions (please complete the following information):
tested on dev deployment which is currently at b7d745d

areisle added the bug label

creisle added affects-prod and removed bug labels
