mutrace crashes if binary under test does not do ISC-specific initialization #6

Version: 9d5e52e (MR #4)

Steps to reproduce:

$ mutrace date
date: mutrace.c:510: load_functions: Assertion `real_isc_rwlock_init' failed.
Aborted (core dumped)

I'm not able to obtain traceback, apparently GDB does not like when program crashes while loading a LD_PRELOAD library.
