gallery list is merely empty when no goals match filter

One can filter goals at the gallery by entering some text which is compared with the goal names. Those containing the substring will be shown in the gallery.
When no such goals exist, the gallery list is merely empty. It may be more user friendly to hint that a filter is active and xx goals are hidden because they do not match the filter, especially in the case where none are shown at all.
