I'm working on a fix for Instagram short links (in this case to a story) in the instagram_api_archiver

eg:

https://www.instagram.com/s/aGlnaGxpZ2h0OjE4MDQ5MzU5NjQ5NTcxNTAw?story_media_id=3292088991791869895_64321326214

Will post back when I've got a solution.
