<p>It is with a heavy heart that we have to tell you that Phil passed away on 30th April peacefully at home with his family by his side. If you would like to join us to help celebrate his life we would love to see you.</br></br>

<h3>Arrangements</h3>
<p>The funeral will be held on <u>Wednesday 25th May 2016 at 3.15pm</u> at <a href="http://www.havantcrematorium.co.uk/">The Oaks Havant Crematorium</a>, (PO9 5NA) and the celebration continued after at our home 31 Mill Lane, Sheet, Hampshire, GU32 2AJ with drinks and refreshments. Please join us.</p>
<p>It would be helpful to know if you are plannning to come. There is an <a href="#rsvp">RSVP form below</a></p>
<p>No flowers please. If you wish to donate in Phil's memory we are supporting <a href="http://www.rosemary-foundation.org.uk/">The Rosemary Foundation</a>.</p>
<p>This is a local charity funded only by donations and legacies. In his last months their lovely ladies became friends caring for Phil and supporting me. Without their help it would not have been possible to keep him at home where he wanted to be.</p>
