Lack of examples/documentation

Hi I would like to try BG7 to annotate some E. Coli genomes.

1. I can not work out how to install it
2. I can not work out how to use it
3. I can find an example run/data

Could you consider addressing these issues.

we've just published this 'how to use' page http://bg7.ohnosequences.com/docs/how-to-use-it/ There's also some installing instructions. We'll keep on posting more documentation

same for the link to RNA example format
no page with tutorial commands using the zipped demo data
please help us using your tool!
