It appears that prompt questions are being treated individually, requiring the entire context to be provided for each prompt. For instance, as shown in the image below, the second and third prompts are handled separately, resulting in a lack of contextual correlation and irrelevant answers. In contrast, when the entire context is provided, as in the fourth prompt, a relevant answer is found.

It may be beneficial to address this issue and enhance the correlation between prompts, ensuring beyond just UI purposes.
