I'm not sure about this, but I think there might be an issue around the scheduled download alarm not being reinstalled following a reboot. Several times, after reboot, my next download fails to be triggered.

Unfortunately, I don't reboot my phone frequently enough to be sure of the pattern.

(This is a separate matter to the DOWNLOAD PR I posted a moment ago).
