biojs/biojs repo - what to do?

There is a comprehensive and highly out of date readme on the biojs repo. Ideas:

1. remove most of it and update with only relevant / current things.
2. Review everything and update / delete as needed (most work)
3. add a note in big bold red at the top telling people to ignore the repo as it's old and come to the organisation repo
4. Other?

If any community contributors want to pick up any of these options please feel free to comment and volunteer! :)

But someone would be working on this during the GSOC period. So I guess it would be updated anyways during that time to incorporate the newer changes.
But I would understand if you would want to update the readme for the time being. Is that the reason for updating it?
