Add support for stylelint-stylistic

Stylelint removed stylistic rules a time ago, just as Eslint did. Since there are rules from eslint-stylistic, it could be helpful, for people migrating from stylint, to have the same stylistic rules stylelint removed, from @stylistc/stylelint-plugin
