Exporting to MSCOCO

What I'm trying to do

I'm new to this project and I think it is a pretty well put together effort so kudos to the team first! And as for my issue, I'm looking to export the annotations to MSCOCO format and was wondering if anyone has already tried it or can verify if it's possible to be implemented in the first place. I can provide a general format followed by MSCOCO if any one is unfamiliar with it.

What I've tried

I have read the basic documentation and gone through tags available for creating export formats on a high level.

Additional context

I'm trying to build a dataset for classification and segmentation of objects using MaskRCNN and my implementation requires MSCOCO format annotations to train on the given data.
