To get the transaction ID:

• Open the Copay/Bitpay app
• Select the desired wallet
• Tap the transaction
• Scroll down and tap the transaction ID to copy it

If the transaction is not showing up in your wallet, please send us the origin/destination address, link, screenshot or any information that could help us find it.
