BitPay currently has access to the largest base of bitcoin-accepting merchants in the entire industry. To help the overall ecosystem, Copay should implement a directory to connect users of the wallet with the robust community of merchants that have decided to accept bitcoin as a payment option.
This very much could be a simple feature in the Wallet Server, which allows anyone to publish a merchant to a particular server's inventory. An integration could be built on top of this for BitPay merchants to "publish to Copay" directly from the BitPay Merchant Dashboard.
