On a first impression, I think this will clutter the interfase and will force us to check that the extra exchange rate fits on every screen the fiat rate is shown.

A drop down box could reduce clutter and make copay more feature rich.

I came here to ask for this as well. I think the "Alternative" currency could be changed from a Global preference to a Wallet specific setting.

My issue is, I run multiple companies within copay however Company 1 uses USD but company 2 uses CAD. I am constantly having to change my global settings when transacting.
