For example, a purchase on amazon.co.jp for Y13,000 posts to a US credit card of $100. This accounts a different measure without creating a risk position (aka trading).

Proposed format (limited in where it can be used now) is below.
The conversion should go through a _Conversions internal wash account (similar to _Market).

Expense:Computer    13000 JPY = 100 USD
