Installed latest .net runtime but still doesn't open #4419

So basically, I followed the instructions have the latest runtime but still does not launch bloxstrap. It only launched the .net install prompt on start when I uninstalled it now it still doesn't launch bloxstrap.

latest? you need the 6.0

yea I did, from the one that the installation prompt is suggesting and i meant latest 6.0*
