Add bibliographic info to the caption div on Atlascope tours -- maybe between the arrow keys and the "Leave tour" button?

Another idea: I always found it a bit clunky that the right/left arrows and "Leave Tour" button shift location on the caption div between the "intro" stop and the subsequent stops. Maybe the bibliographic information could be placed where those elements are located on most stops (e.g., left-aligned), while keeping the right/left arrows and "Leave Tour" button right-aligned on all stops.
