xnec2c upstream git repo

Hi Brian,

Neoklis and I have been working to get an upstream github tree in order. It includes many of the historical version commits from .tar.gz archives as well as many recent updates. It looks like you have contributed a few bugfixes so feel free to send pull requests based on the new tree if you need anything.

Neoklis has asked me to maintain xnec2c going forward so here are the relevant links:

Notable changes since the v4.1.1 release:

• External optimization support using the Simplex algorithm
• LINPACK, OpenBLAS and Intel MKL integration for faster execution
• Multi-threading to increase GTK responsiveness

Hi @KJ7LNW, very cool! I only sent in 2-3 lines total of bug fix and some (very) small improvements/modernizations to the autotools build scripts, and IIRC Neoklis incorporated them in the latest release version, so I don't think there's anything left in this repo that you don't already have upstream. I will double-check and then retire this repo if so.
