Need a way to identify cases with new data.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the Data Loaded section, add a calendar feature for users to choose a date. Users can choose a data type such as SV + date, to show all case with a SV data loaded after that date.

Determined that this is too complex to implement and requires huge refactor. Can consider instead adding a a fixed cutoff as an option in dropdown - i.e. "Data Loaded Within Past Week". Alternatively, can use existing sort functionality to pull recently loaded families to the top of the list
