When I added this accessory via MacOS, it successfully brings all related accessories such as power, volume, and other apps installed on my rokuTV. However, when I used the exactly same config.json for Raspberry Pi, it only adds the bridge, but not the other accessories; see the attached image. Anyone has any clue why this happens? Now I tried back on MacOS, and I see the same problem there as well.

Homebridge lists some common issues, this sort of sounds like the second one:
iOS device has gotten your Homebridge username (looks like a MAC address) "stuck" somehow, where it's in the database but inactive. Fix: change your username in the "bridge" section of config.json to be some new value.
