Broken links to official Express and XML schemas on docs for IFC 4.0.2.1 #20

On this page, the two links to the schema files are broken:
https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/link/annex-a.htm

Broken:
https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/Add2TC1/IFC4.xsd
https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/Add2TC1/IFC4.exp

On this page, the links are working:
https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/link/listing-ifc4_add2.htm

Working:
https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/annex/annex-a/general-usage/IFC4_ADD2.exp
https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/annex/annex-a/general-usage/IFC4_ADD2.xsd

But those working links are part of the publication folder of IfcDoc. So I would recommend to fix the broken links to this targets:
