Please add support for mathematical expressions, either via latex or any similar syntax framework.

I suppose MathJax 3 or KaTeX would be candidates to provide this functionality. I would suggest MathJax 3.

I agree with supporting this, first thing I look for in a new extension, app, application, service etc is open mathematical syntax support.
